Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00
- Check-out: by 12:00
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 100% of the first night.
- No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Payment
- We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Children & Extra Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Baby cots are available upon request (free of charge).
- Extra beds for older children: €15 per night.
Pets
- Pets are welcome at Cocoon Sarti.
- Please inform us in advance if you're traveling with a pet.
- A small cleaning fee may apply.
Smoking Policy
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted on balconies and in designated outdoor areas only.

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected only for booking purposes and is never shared with third parties for marketing without your consent.
