Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cocoon Sarti website and your booking of accommodation with us. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Reservations

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete.
• A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated.
• We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR).

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 100% of the first night.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund for unused nights.

Special rates and promotional offers may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:00.
• Check-out time is by 12:00.
• Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
• Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
• Late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.

House Rules

• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and in designated outdoor areas.
• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate of other guests.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must leave by 22:00.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Pets are welcome but must be declared at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Valuables should be kept secure.
• Vehicles parked in our premises are at the owner's risk. We are not liable for any damage or theft.
• We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Our liability for any claims arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for your reservation.
